Kids know how to play. We all were kids. Why don’t adults play? I don’t mean play soccer or chess. I mean just play. You know! Walking without any fixed destination or time and forgetting about food or worries.  To enjoy watching the leaves fall, or follow a bird in flight as long as possible, and when not possible, imagine the bird continuing its flight. Play is laughing with strangers to celebrate being alive, breathing, walking, seeing, remembering. Play is enjoying walking along a path kicking a rock or picking up that rock to place upon a larger one. Then put another rock on top of that one. And another. No goal except joy.

To enjoy life, we need only to act ‘in’ joy. With the innocence of a child. That child which lives in us all.
